Employee Safety
We understand the need of keeping our employees safe. That is why our Safety Director conducts WEEKLY employee safety meetings. Employees participate in OSHA-approved classes, CPR and First-Aid training, RF awareness and Fall Protection Safety classes. We have Comtrain in-house certified trainers for Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue.

Independent Safety
We have hired an independent construction safety company that randomly conducts site audits to ensure that our employees follow all safety rules at the job site. The reports are reviewed and used to implement any additional safety procedures.

Moving Ahead
Here at Green Mountain Communications, we continue to expand our safety program to ensure our employees, our best asset, are safe. Since 1996 we have been a NATE member. NATE's guidelines, along with our own, allow us to stay ahead of tower industry safety standards.
