Mr. Drouin cofounded Green Mountain in 1993, originally under the name Drouin Communications Services. As president and cofounder of Green Mountain, Drouin oversees all major business strategy decisions, develops and executes growth and development plans, and ensures that the company’s standards of quality are upheld. Drouin’s vision for a company that delivers exceptional service, integrates the most advanced technologies, and supports its customers through end-to-end communication solutions is the foundation for the company and the guidelines by which the Green Mountain team operates on a daily basis.
Drouin has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in designing wired/wireless communication solutions and management consultation. His passion for creating right-fit technology solutions for customers continues to set Green Mountain apart in the highly-competitive communications industry.
Drouin serves as a committee member on the advisory board of the Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation and president of Back Bay Hockey.
Ms. Drouin is cofounder and vice president of Green Mountain. In this role, Drouin oversees all business operations and processes, creates and executes the company’s forward-thinking marketing and business development initiatives, and ensures that the company’s standards of quality are upheld. Drouin believes that customer service and exceptional integration of advanced technology solutions are paramount to long-term success, and has created a dynamic team of highly-experienced professionals that upholds these standards of excellence.
Drouin has 25 years of experience in management and financial services, 22 of which have been in the telecommunications industry. Her enthusiastic leadership approach to streamlining operations and delivering a superior end product has created growth and success for the company as a whole.
Mr. Snyder joined Green Mountain as controller in 2003. As the controller of Green Mountain, Snyder plays an important role in the financial stability and integrity of the company. It is his duty to oversee all accounting procedures and practices, develop budgets, and manage all financial activities. Snyder believes in the benefit of sound financial practices that lead to company growth and stability. He continues to uphold Green Mountain’s standards for professionalism and impeccable reputation as a leading communication solutions provider.
Snyder has built an impressive resume over the past 36 years having served in a variety of high-profile operational and financial management positions, including nearly three decades of experience as a controller. His expertise in the financial sector is an asset to the Green Mountain team, as he strives to continuously strengthen the company’s financial infrastructure. Snyder has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley College.
Mr. Panek joined the Green Mountain team as the IT director in October 2012. As the IT director, Panek is tasked with the important role of managing all of Green Mountain’s information technology needs and functions, as well as managing the company’s IT department. Panek’s years of experience lend to his ability to coordinate, manage, and execute the IT portion of all of Green Mountain’s communication projects with efficiency and industry knowledge, while upholding the company’s dedication to quality assurance.
Panek has more than 20 years of IT industry experience and brings expertise in formulating enterprise network solutions through the use of a wide variety of products and service offerings. Additionally, Panek has over 14 years of experience in consulting and training organizations’ IT departments all over the world. He is an industry leading, best-selling author for Sybex (Wiley Publishing). Panek holds dozens of industry certifications and an Associate’s in Computer Science.
Ms. Ballard joined Green Mountain as the HR generalist in 2005 and was promoted to HR manager in 2013. As HR manager, Ballard is responsible for all of Green Mountain’s HR functions including recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, as well as administering company policies. Ballard works to maintain the company’s culture and employee performance by upholding company values, enhancing communication, and educating and counseling managers and employees on best practices. Ballard supports all of Green Mountain’s departments by implementing human resource programs that resolve issues and work to identify policies that ensure employee satisfaction and good company morale.
Ballard has over 13 years of experience in the human resources field with expertise in overseeing large, fast-paced companies and supporting a variety of departments. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Ballard has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College.
Mr. Lander joined Green Mountain as project manager in 2002 and was promoted to senior project manager in 2006. As senior project manager, it is his duty to streamline project objectives and ensure that all projects are completed on-time and on-budget. Lander plans and evaluates all project activities and coordinates operational objectives with the Green Mountain team to increase productivity and efficiency.
Lander has decades of experience in multimillion dollar project management with expertise in field engineering, estimating, and the construction industry. He has over 14 years of project management experience in the telecommunications industry and understands the intricacies of managing large, complex projects. Lander has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology from the University of Maine.
